Thames Crossing

Located in Grand Forks, Thames Crossing is a 16-Unit Complex set up as a unique back-to-back style of townhomes. These units will be efficient, maximize space while still providing an open concept. Units will be built with walk-in closets, jack and jill bathrooms, and laundry near bedrooms. The buildings are designed to be energy efficient and exceptionally quiet as we go the extra mile when separating units using sound canceling techniques to never hear your neighbor.
