PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Hartford Self-Storage Facility, located along the I-90 Corridor in Hartford, South Dakota, will feature 135 units with a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units. Additionally, the project includes 11 business suites. Construction begins in October 2024, with an estimated completion date of March 2025.
